Same-Day Dispatch:All orders are dispatched the same working day when placed before our cut-off time.
Non-Dispatch Days:Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day.

While returns are hassle-free, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
